For all cycling enthusiasts and friends of relaxed cycling, the FSRe Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics are once again organising a bike tour in the beautiful surroundings of Jena. So if you need a break from preparing for your exams, just want to get some exercise or meet some fellow students, register now!The bike tour will take place on 4th August and will end with a cosy barbecue evening – as a special highlight, there will be a visit to one of the largest open-air swimming pools in Thuringia in the middle of the bike tour (participant-funded).For all those who want to go for a sporty ride, we have planned a 50km loop with a few metres of altitude and for all those who just want to enjoy the beautiful landscape in the best company, there is the possibility to ride 20-40km.
We will start on 04th August at noon. The registration is open until 03th August at 10 am.We will only tell you the exact starting point after your registration.
I agree that pictures of me may be taken during the event and used for promotional purposes on printed material and social media channels of the Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics departments (Art. 7 DSGVO). I can object in writing to the use of images at any time (Art. 21 DSGVO).

You are not allowed to participate in this event if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or a common cold. If you develop such symptoms after registration, you must cancel your participation for the event. Your personal data will be treated confidentially. They will be deleted according to the legal deadlines. In cases in which it is unavoidable for the organisation of the the event, we reserve the right to pass on the data if necessary (e.g. to the public health the public health department). We can only consider fully completed registrations. Your registration is binding. After filling out the registration form you will receive a note that your data has been successfully submitted. After the term of application you will receive a confirmation or, in the case of overbooking, a cancellation to your specified e-mail address. If you are absent without excuse or if you cancel less than less than 24 hours in advance without a valid reason, you risk not being considered for future events with limited participation.
The participation in the event is on your own responsibility, the organising student councils are merely facilitators of the individual programme points. All information about the programme is subject to change. The organising studentcouncils reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event (e.g. due to bad weather).
